FUSE FLUSH

FUSE FLUSH is a close-associated request whose callback is distinct from the filesystem's synchronization and final-release operations.

Multiplicity: duplicated descriptors can produce several FLUSH requests for one open. The callback is not a persistence barrier. [1]

Interpretation: distinguish it from FSYNC and from a drive-cache flush when reading storage logs. [2]
