Additional sense code qualifier
The additional sense code qualifier (ASCQ) is an eight-bit SCSI sense-data field interpreted with the ASC to identify a more specific condition.
A qualifier has meaning within its ASC pair, not as an independent error code. [1] Record the response format and available length alongside the pair; a decoder's default zero is not evidence that an absent byte was returned as zero. [2]
