Repair locality
Repair locality is the number of helper fragments needed to recover a missing fragment under a specified erasure-code repair procedure.
State whether the bound covers data fragments only or every fragment, including parity. Counted helpers are not necessarily distinct physical devices, and a helper count alone does not specify bytes transferred or repair latency.
