Repair-read amplification

Repair-read amplification is the ratio of bytes read during recovery to the explicitly stated quantity of lost data or lost encoded fragments being restored.

Report the denominator and include parity repair when measuring an entire failed node. Bytes read, network bytes and elapsed time are separate metrics. Equal-size whole-fragment examples reduce byte ratios to fragment counts; partial-fragment schemes require byte accounting.
