SSD steady state
A workload-specific SSD performance condition in which a named metric satisfies stated stability criteria over a defined measurement window.
A passing window is conditional on workload and preparation, not a permanent property of the drive. Hesela's counterexamples separate low drift from low variation and show why a stable early plateau cannot guarantee later performance.

Limitations
- Does not establish durability, minimum speed or tail latency
- A fixed warm-up time alone is not a convergence test
