WARC block digest
A WARC block digest records the hash algorithm and computed digest of a record's entire content block.
A block digest covers only the stored content block, not the enclosing WARC header. For an unsegmented HTTP response, that block includes the stored HTTP headers and body; a revisit can omit the duplicate body. [1]
In warcio 1.8.2, revisit records bypass both block and payload digest checks; command success does not certify either comparison. [2]
