Zone write plugging
A Linux block-layer mechanism that queues covered writes per sequential zone before dispatch to preserve the issuer's sequential write pattern.
Introduced upstream in Linux 6.10, it removes the mq-deadline dependency. Native Zone Append bypasses this plug; emulated append uses it. It neither fixes invalid application offsets nor serializes Reset or Finish against in-flight writes, and is not a durability guarantee.
