Zone write pointer
A zone write pointer identifies the next writable logical block address in a sequential zone when its current state makes that pointer valid.
Under ZNS 1.1 the pointer is valid in Empty, implicitly open, explicitly open and Closed states, but not in Full, Read Only or Offline. It is not a committed-record count. Failed writes may advance or invalidate it; recovery must check the reported state as well as the pointer.
