Zone Append

Zone Append writes at a controller-selected position within a specified zone and returns the assigned starting logical block address on successful completion.

Submission order need not be placement order. The caller must keep returned locations and separately establish recovery, durability and transaction boundaries; append is not a general-purpose atomic commit.
