Zone Finish

Zone Finish changes an eligible sequential zone to Full, ending further writes until reset without discarding the data already written.

Early Finish gives up the remaining writable space until reset. In ZNS, Full consumes neither open nor active resources and has no valid write pointer. Finish is therefore not Close, Reset or an application transaction commit.
