Open-zone limit
An open-zone limit caps the zones simultaneously in implicitly open or explicitly open states.
Closing a partially written zone releases an open slot but leaves an active slot occupied. Decoded Linux zonefs maximum counts use zero for no limit; do not apply that convention to raw NVMe MAR/MOR fields.
